Scope of Executive Concierge Services
1. Your duties are as diverse as the tasks presented to you. Your liaison with the Annam Suites guests begins with answering queries, making recommendations, and assisting in the planning of an activity. It can be as simple as setting up an appointment or as complex as arranging a private jet to an island reserved just for your guests with their own chef and personal butler to pamper them with whatever they need.
2. Making reservations, bookings and arrangements for tours or expeditions.
3. You must provide even the most difficult services such as VIP seats at exclusive clubs and restaurants, chartering a limousine or any request you may have.
Some of the things you may be requiring organising for your guests while on duty are:
Events Transportation Shop Adventure Packages
Human Resources Gyms & Spas Travel Rare Requests
Night Life Restaurants Golf Run errands for guests
Annam Suites will offer you the following:
1. Intern Salary of AUD$250 per month.
2. Normally an internship does not provide accommodation. Our team will provide free share accommodation in one of our “Intern Houses” where you will share a house with other interns like you from around the world. All bedrooms are shared with other international intern like yourself for the first 6 months. The idea is to have a university dorm feel with common areas to relax and cook. All houses have courtyards. After the first 6 months priod Annam Suites will provide your with a private room.
3. Meals while on duty. Self-help from pantry only.
4. Performance bonus every 3 months. Applicable to all our team.
5. 40 hours a week position. Shift work required.
6. 2 Uniforms/Suits with 1 weekly dry-cleaning voucher.
7. Monthly activities with the Team.
8. Training and Development Opportunities.
9. A “Lifestyle Package” from the management. Includes 1 one night stay voucher for free for up to 4 people every 3 months in a 2 br apartment Deluxe Apartment at any Annam Suites property. You can use it yourself or give it away to friends and family. All vouchers are valid for 12 months and subject to peak periods and availability. If you do an internship for 6 to 12 months you can use them all your yearly vouchers combined anytime after the first 3 months.
